Firdaus Foundation: Empowering Lives in Ghana for Over a Decade

We are an non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Ghana, has been making a significant impact on the lives of the needy for over 18 years. Founded with a vision to bring positive change to communities and individuals facing various challenges, Firdaus Foundation has consistently worked towards empowering the underprivileged and creating a more inclusive society.

We draw our inspiration from the Quranic principles, endeavors to embody the verse from Surah Al-Baqarah (2:267): 'The example of those who spend their wealth in the Way of Allah is like that of a grain which grows seven spikes; in each spike, there are a hundred grains. Thus, Allah multiplies the action of whomsoever He wills.' Guided by this wisdom, we strive to multiply the positive impact of our efforts, empowering the underprivileged and contributing to a more inclusive and compassionate society since our establishment in 2006.

As a fully registered, non-profit, non-governmental organization, FFSS operates with the primary goal of promoting integrated development and environmental custodianship, with a specific emphasis on sustainable livelihoods.

Our journey towards social transformation is marked by strategic collaborations and partnerships with reputable organizations such as Al Muntada, Eid, Muntada Aid, Al Muntada, Eid, Muntada Aid, Muntada Aid, Eid Association Qatar, RAF Association Qatar, Ahad organization Turkey, Ayaat organisation Kuwait and Raf. These alliances have played a pivotal role in amplifying the reach and effectiveness of our programs, making a substantial difference in the communities we serve.

The organization's aims and objectives encompass fostering comprehensive social development, eradicating poverty and illiteracy, promoting sustainable livelihoods, and equipping society with modern skills for a brighter future.

Building a Powerful Network: FFSS aspires to establish a robust network of teams throughout the regions of Ghana. This network aims to work collectively for social concerns and to assist the poor and needy in every aspect possible.

Comprehensive Social Development: FFSS is dedicated to working across all facets of society, striving to eliminate poverty and illiteracy. The organization envisions a society in which basic means of life are readily available, educational facilities are top-notch, and opportunities for the development of youth potential abound.

Eradicating Unemployment and Poverty: FFSS is resolute in its commitment to ending unemployment, fostering entrepreneurship, promoting sustainable development, and eradicating poverty not only in Ghana but also extending its impact beyond national borders.

Rather than merely providing immediate relief, the organization seeks to empower individuals to become effective and efficient entrepreneurs, ensuring long-term sustainability and self-sufficiency.

Guided by the principles of the Islamic faith and rooted in our values, we consider it our duty to extend help to those in need, irrespective of their race or religion. From constructing Mosques and Boreholes to establishing schools and homes for the homeless, our initiatives encompass a wide range of essential services. Furthermore, we invest in the education of promising students through scholarship packages, provide vital healthcare services, offer seasonal assistance, and conduct seminars.
